I work on the question of what comes next - for organisations, for the climate transition, for the future of work, and occasionally for the global cocoa supply chain. My interest is in the infrastructure that does not yet exist but clearly should, and in the tools that make it possible to imagine it clearly enough to build it.
I have a lot of ideas. Some of them become workshops. Some become publications from the year 2038. Some become conversations that change how a room thinks. I do not believe in settling for the world as it is when the world as it should be is clearly imaginable.
